FAQ

When will tickets be available?

Tickets will be released in late July 2018. Be sure to subscribe on the website to be the first to know. Some events will have as little as 40 spots available amongst hundreds of participants.

What types of tickets will be available?

Participants can claim or buy tickets for individual events and series of events called “tracks.” All tickets are first-come-first-serve.

What if I buy a track but I also want some other individual events?

You have to claim or buy both.

How much money does Stamford Innovation Week make?

Zero. SiW is run entirely by volunteers. Any donations or proceeds remaining after the event will be used for next year’s SiW or donated to other community events and causes. By the way, most of our vendors are local and provide their products and services at a heavy discount.

Can I or my company participate if not located in Stamford?

Yes, we encourage it! This is an Innovation Week, located in Stamford.

Where should I stay if I’m traveling in?

There are numerous hotel options in Stamford. Most of the events will take place downtown, which is within walking distance of the Stamford train station. Events not in downtown are within a quick and cheap Uber or cab ride. Please plan/book accordingly.

I bought a ticket, now I can’t go. What do I do?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you can go before purchasing a ticket. The only exception to this rule is the cancelation of an event. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
