Conference & Session Themes

Enterprise and Fintech

Enterprise and Fintech is a track focused on highlighting how larger enterprises and financial institutions are adopting and creating blockchain based strategies. In a series of panels and talks, we’ll learn about real projects that have been deployed within enterprise organizations and how to enhance or develop a financial strategies (institutional, hedgefund, or tax) in a new disruptive wave of technology.

In this track we’ll also be featuring a demo of Facebook Libra.

Cypher Punk and Consumer focuses on highlighting projects for the people. In this track, you’ll find information about data security, data privacy (and how to create monetization strategies in a new world of data privacy), and real world projects that are direct-to-consumer.

Training and CV

Consensys Academy has partnered with us to offer technical training for those who are more interested in what’s under the hood of this technology. There is something for all levels in this track, but everything is hands on (so please bring your laptops). We’ll start the day off with beginner level exercises to help you get familiar with the concept of digital wallets and moving currency between them. At an intermediate level, we’ll show you how to start getting involved with smart contracts, and ultimately at an advanced level — we’ll show you how to set up a permissioned blockchain.
